Where founders learn to decide
A trainer for management decisions: a real situation, your own reasoning, and AI that answers second — with the stage trap and a ten-minute action for today.
Think first. Then get the analysis.
One situation takes ten minutes and always ends with an action you can do today.
Knowledge in 30 seconds
One management principle — no theory on three screens. Just enough to see the situation differently.
You decide — in your own words
A real situation, several reasonable moves. You choose and write why in two or three sentences. No hints.
AI answers second
Your strength in this choice, the stage trap, what to check next, one honest question — and an action for today.
Every option looks reasonable. Like in real life.
There is no "correct" answer to guess. The trap of the stage is hidden in the options that feel most natural — and the analysis shows it only after you have made your own choice.
The manager asks for a 10% discount corridor
Starts with your strength. Ends with an action.
The analysis is written for your reasoning, not from a template: what your choice stands on, where the stage trap is, what to check next, and one thing to do today in ten minutes.
Your strength here
You give the manager a real decision, not a permission to ask.The stage trap
"Every discount agreed with me" is delegation on paper and a brake in practice. What to check next
Check what the corridor costs you at 20 deals a month · Ask the manager which promises he already avoidsToday · 10 min
Write the three limits of the corridor in one message to the manager. An agreement with yourself — and a map that grows
A day later the trainer asks: done? Implemented actions light up the map of seven skills. No points, no badges — the map observes, it does not examine.
Agreement with yourself
Write the manager: next time — your message to the client first, mine only if you ask.Transition map
Seven skills, three rings of depth. Passed nodes light up the territory; the dot drifts toward what you already do.
See the group without reading over shoulders
Cohorts, a funnel, who fell into which trap, verbatim reasoning, actions implemented — and the AI spend per participant. Only derivatives go upward; raw texts stay inside the program.

What you train
For experts building their own business — block by block. Each block is several situations and your own case on your material.
Mission
Look into the future, not the product. "I do this so that what happens?" A pivot inside the general idea, not an ego product.
Market demand
The seam between market demand and your solution. Numbers first, then many options — and the low-hanging fruit among them.
MVP
A core that solves the problem, not a stripped-down big product. A hypothesis test is not what you sell.
Pivots
A failed hypothesis is calibration, not a collapse. Read the metrics, choose the next move and its order.
Resources
See resources beyond money, quantify them, build a buffer.
Unit economics
Money flows: the cash register is not a salary. Scenarios.
Growth and investment
Growing without burnout; which money and when.
Business model, 5–7 years
The horizon and what actually scales.
The base packs "Founder" (seven situations of the transition to a systematic business) and "Own business" (small services) are available to every participant.

Questions & answers
Will the AI tell me the right answer?
No — and that is the principle. The AI never answers first and never gives scores. It analyzes your wording: what is strong in it, where the stage trap is, what to check. The decision stays yours.
Who sees my answers?
You and the curator of your program. Upward — to reports and buyers — only derivatives go: progress and signals, without verbatim texts. Data is stored in the EU.
How long does it take?
One situation is about ten minutes: thirty seconds for the knowledge, a couple of minutes for the choice and the "why", the analysis reads in a minute. The action for today takes no more than ten minutes.
Can I analyze my own real situation?
Yes: after three situations your own case opens. You formulate the decision yourself; the AI shows blind spots, counter-questions, missing data and the risks of the chosen option.
How do I get access?
Through the curator of a program or by writing to us. The curator creates a login and password or a personal link; there is no self-registration, so access stays personal.
Which languages?
English by default, plus Estonian, Ukrainian and Russian — the interface and the analysis follow your language. Some packs are still being translated.
